Woody was absolutely wonderful! He is extremely knowledgable and honest. He was always willing to help in any way he could, and he always did what he said he was going to do. Very reliable and trustworthy!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Evans, GA.
Woody sold us our last house and without his knowledge and negotiating skills, we would not have been able to buy it. He always makes himself available to assist in any way he can. He is the best real estate agent in the Augusta, Ga area. He is an agent with heart and concern for his clients. He also assists after the sale and does not drop you when the sale is completed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Evans, GA.
Mr. Trulock is a professional southern gentleman. He helped me and my wife to find a home perfect for our growing family needs. He was always available and offerred service above and beyond the norm. This was EXTREMELY helpful to us because we are moving to the Augusta area from Albany, GA. He handled many items and errands for us simply because we were out of town (4 hours away) and he was right there where we bought the house to which we are moving soon. He knows about each school district and neighbrhood in great detail. Mr. Trulock just has vast knowledge and experience which made our process of buying a new home quite easy.
