Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Decatur, GA.
Kathy specialized in the area that I wished to move, so I felt myself in very knowledgeable hands. She was very responsive, making me feel like she had no other clients to take care of. Kathy also dealt masterfully with my minor hysterics :o) AFTER the sale, she continued to stay in touch, even getting me in touch with her handy-man, and sending me articles I might enjoy. This is my third house purchased, my third realtor, and my best!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta, GA.
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Kathy Kelly as our realtor when purchasing property in Atlanta. Having grown up in Atlanta, Kathy was very knowledgeable about the city and the real estate market. Since we were not residents of Georgia, Kathy was able to provide us with information about the area and put us into contact with people from mortgage lenders to plumbers. Kathy has a good understanding of people and strong negotiation skills. We were most impressed that Kathy’s concern was for us—her clients—and not her commission. More than once she went the extra mile, gave up personal time, and was so prompt in communicating with us that we felt we were her only clients. In all our experiences with realtors Kathy has outperformed them all. Kathy greatly exceeded our expectations and we will most definitely contact her with future needs.

We have had cause to think we might need to sell our house sometime soon and Kathy Kelly has been wonderfully helpful in this process. She has been diligent in helping us understand all the nuances of the market and offered good advice about what to do to our house. She clearly "knows her stuff" and has taken great pains to be thorough with us even though it is not a matter of money in the immediate future.
Now that we have been totally spoiled by Kathy Kelly we would never want to work with anyone else. We recommend her highly to anyone buying or selling a house. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate - and so patient with us to help us understand and do the right things. I have every confidence in her as a realtor and a person. Do yourself a favor - use Kathy Kelly for your realtor.

The dedicated and professional service that Kathy Kelly provided was exceptional. She went above and beyond what I expected and asked for. My house sold more quickly than I could ever have imagined. She was an excellent resource for all services and contractors that were needed. She did a great job. My recommendation: If you want to sell your house, call Kathy!

Sold a home in 2012.
Kathy is a honest & hard-working realtor in the Atlanta metro area. She is organized, available & knowledgeable, which is what I sought in an agent. She took the time to truly investigate what our priorities in buying were & tailored her conscientious service & research accordingly. She provided great perspective in what can be a tumultuous experience--buying or selling real estate today. She is a class act & I highly recommend her services.
