Ken was very knowledgable on what we needed to do to increase our asking price at minimal expense. He was able to sell our home within 5 days if it going on the market for a a grand under asking price. Ken knows the market and where to price your home at if you want it sold. We initially contacted Ken to help us buy a traditional resale of existing homes. From our first meeting with Ken, we were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. We had reached out to other realtors prior to meeting Ken, none of which compared to Ken. Ken did his homework on all properties prior to him showing them to us. In addition, Ken was very helpful in looking at homes. He would notice and point out things that we would not see or think to look at, such as signs of water in basements and quality of mechanical equipment.
After a few months of looking and not finding the home for us, Ken had mentioned that building could also be a route we might want to look into. He said that by building we could get more for our money than buying an existing home. After meeting with a builder, we decided that new construction was right for us. Ken was with us through the entire process of building. Ken showed great knowledge of the building process and was very helpful, as we have never built before and did not the know the process. Ken helped in our initial negotiations with the builder, helping us get many free upgrades. He was also there for our color session, pre-construction meeting, and our walk-throughs. Ken was always there at our finger tips, available for us to contact seven days a week with prompt responses. He would address any questions we had and was our laison with the builder. He ensured the building process was going smoothly and if/when it wasn't he would be in contact with the builder getting things corrected. He made the building process much easier on us.
I would recommend Ken to anyone who is looking to buy an existing home or for new construction. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. After closing, it felt like we were saying bye to friend/family member, because of the relationship we had developed with Ken the past year. If we ever are looking to sell and buy a home again in the future, Ken will be our first and only choice.

Ken was very good in explaining the details of how the selling of my house would go. He went over the contract and explained everything in the contract to me. He provided me with a listing of houses that has sold in my area and the purchase price so I would have an idea of what to ask...He descaribed how to arrange house for best showing to clients...Even with the harsh winter we had, several showings were arranged and he touched base with me after each showing to let me know how things went...I would highly reccommend his services to anyone who wishes to sell their home
