Sold a home in 2008.
My condo was listed with another agent for 6 months with absolutely no effort on the agents part to sell and only 2 lookers during the entire 6 months. When the listing agreement expired, I listed with Lauri. Within 4 hours she had beautiful photos up on MLS. We had a signed offer to purchase in less than 2 weeks. Closed on the sale 2-3 weeks later! Sold for very close to the listing price, just as the market was going into its downward spiral. As president of my former condo association, I had the opportunity to work with Lauri on the sale and purchase of other units. She was always professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient, personable and a always pleasure to work with. If I buy another home, or sell another home, Lauri is the only agent I will consider.

Lauri was amazing to work with. I have doubts and sometimes buyers remorse on a lot of things, but she put me at ease with my purchase. She knows her stuff!!
