Found a tenant for a home.
Gina is a person who exhibits the Aloha spirit as a property manager and as a real estate professional. Her knowledge of the area and what renters are looking for was very impressive. She methodically and efficiently walked my family and I through the acquisition process of inherited property (parents passed away) and worked with us in spite of living on the mainland. Gina immediately responded to our questions to help us learn what is entailed in property management. In addition, Gina embodies excellent communication and negotiation skills. I highly recommend her services and without hesitation will seek her assistance again in the future for my Hawaii real estate endeavors.

Bought a Condo home in 2004 in Mililani, HI.
If it wasn't for Gina we would not have the homes that made us buy and sell. She has been our realtor for years. From buying 1 townhouse and a home she has been a blessing. It was very hard moving to Arizona and finding a home with another realtor. If I ever move back to Hawaii I would definitely call her again to help us. She is always keeping up with what is going in the market and she will fight and negotiate what you can afford.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! Gina is the best at what she does. With Gina, you'll never question if you're getting the right level of service because she doesn't know how to do anything mediocre. If you want things done right the first time, appreciate complete honesty (nothing sugar coated) and need someone in your corner- Gina is who you want!
