Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Midtown, New York, NY.
Justin prepared a professional market review and set the sales price appropriately. He deflected a lowball cash offer nicely and located a qualified buyer. He helped us through an issue when the condo board invoked right of first refusal. He was responsive at all times and easy to reach. He also helped to locate an apartment that we eventually purchased, after the long ordeal with our condo board delayed closing by a couple of months. Always pleasant and knows the Manhattan market.

Justin is a professional Real Estate Agent. During my dealings with him he was always punctual and organised. Since I am based overseas, he went out of his way with phone calls and emails including taking specific angle photos of untis of interest. He keeps in touch but without the over-sell approach you see with other agents.
