Have know Mary Parlee for over 10 years. She has helped us sell homes and but homes, Very helpful and will work night and day for you and get you the best deal she can.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Altadena, CA.
Mary is the realtor you need if you're looking for an expert in the filed of real estate. She's fair and ethical. She knows the market and is diligent in marketing the property to reach the perfect people to buy. Even in a down economy, she was able to sell my father's home after he passed away quickly and with little headache. It was a very difficult and emotional time and Mary helped me through it by making sure I was not being taken advantage of. I highly recommend her.
