Shannon Wong has been a professional in residential and commercial real estate for eight years. She began her career in 2005 with the Hertz Investment Group, a prestigious acquisitions and property Management Company based in Santa Monica, CA. Prior to this Shannon was a consultant for Arden Realty, Charles Dunn Commercial Real Estate, as well as Reister Robb Public Relations. Shannon is a graduate of California State University Northridge. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Studies with a minor in Marketing and Public Relations; as well as a degree in Real Estate. Shannon's love of real estate began when she was 17 years old in Santa Monica, CA where she renovated and rented her families rental properties almost single handedly. In 2006, Shannon began a successful real estate investment company called Wong Investments, Inc. She began investing in distressed properties in Fresno and here is where her knowledge and expertise in buying, selling and property management was perfected. In 2008 Shannon became a licensed real estate agent for Keller Williams Santa Monica under the direction of Collette Ching. In 2010, Shannon became a Broker and soon started Shanon Realty partnering with Keller Williams Realty in Brentwood; CA. Shannon's areas of expertise are staging homes, interior design, landscaping, buying, selling, property, marketing properties to sell, property management and financial management.
