Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Fantastic agent!!! He helped us buy our current home and list our previous property. He was very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg market and very precise and thorough with advice on making an offer. He was able to negotiate to get us the house despite multiple competing offers and a great deal too! This was the smoothest purchase either of us have ever had.
