Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Rowlett, TX.
As an out of state investor, I rely heavily on the experience and professionalism of the people I work with. Pam has shown to be an outstanding resource for the Dallas/Fort Worth market, both in purchasing properties ( I have worked with Pam on over 3 houses), as well as her company managing the properties that I have purchased. I could not more highly recommend Pam due to her knowledge of the market (purchasing houses and rentals) and excellent follow during all of the steps of our transactions.

Pam will produce results like no other. She has both sold and managed rental properties for me, and does so with credibility, integrity, and great efficiency. I have worked with other professionals in the area, and no one has produced the results I need as quickly as Pam. I am pleased to recommend her.

Our experience with Pam and her office staff was amazing. They know the Dallas/Fort Worth area so well and were helpful in helping us find our first property.
