Marianne was supportive and patient from day one! We were a little hyper and nervous and she just rolled with us, and laughed with us a lot. When it came time for us to leave the property, she came over to support us in that process as well. Her presence was calming and helpful. Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Millbrae, CA.
We bought our first home through Marianne. It was a REO home and surprisingly the process was an extensive delay due to the banks' unresponsiveness. Marianne had diligently and proactively helped us to find the right person to talk to at the bank. Many times, we thought of giving up and was frustrated with the bank's non-reaction and unreasonable request. Marianne has been very patient and put plenty of effort to help us and always act on behalf of our interest. We are happy to have Marianne as our agent, especially as a first-time buyer. She is very knowledgeable in the San Mateo and Millbrae area. She knows the regulations and history well in the area and always remind us on things to be watch-out for. She still say Hi and talked to us even months after the transaction to make sure everything goes fine. Marianne is a patient and diligent working woman.
