Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $875K in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
This is a belated review of our experience working with Anthony, but we are still extremely happy with the outcome of our sold condo in the city. Anthony was responsive from the very beginning until the close of escrow. Although we encountered a few obstacles along the way (all from the buyers end), he was continually on top of resolving these issues and ensuring that all parties were satisfied. We were dealing with a very difficult buyer, and Anthony was still able to put our minds at ease. Additionally, we were purchasing a home in the East Bay at the same time and he worked hand in hand with our EB real estate agent to ensure both sales went through seamlessly. Anthony made buying our first home a success!!! I have to admit, it wasn't exactly a smooth ride because we had a lending nightmare, but Anthony was always on top of his stuff and kept us sane through the whole process. He explained everything that was happening in great detail and always kept us in the loop of what was going on and where we were in the process.
