Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $875K in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
This is a belated review of our experience working with Anthony, but we are still extremely happy with the outcome of our sold condo in the city. Anthony was responsive from the very beginning until the close of escrow. Although we encountered a few obstacles along the way (all from the buyers end), he was continually on top of resolving these issues and ensuring that all parties were satisfied. We were dealing with a very difficult buyer, and Anthony was still able to put our minds at ease. Additionally, we were purchasing a home in the East Bay at the same time and he worked hand in hand with our EB real estate agent to ensure both sales went through seamlessly. At the end of the day, we were very happy with the price we got for our Noe Valley condo and it was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $675K in Inner Sunset, San Francisco, CA.
Anthony made buying our first home a success!!! I have to admit, it wasn't exactly a smooth ride because we had a lending nightmare, but Anthony was always on top of his stuff and kept us sane through the whole process. He explained everything that was happening in great detail and always kept us in the loop of what was going on and where we were in the process. I know FOR A FACT that we will be using him again when it's time to sell our current home and buy a new one. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $550K in North Beach, San Francisco, CA.
Anthony helped us buy 3 condos in San Francisco from 2010 to 2012, two for us and one for our daughter. Anthony is very reliable and responsible. He is always ready to help and very responsive. It is clear that when Anthony meet other agents during open house tour that he is well known for his qualification and proficiency.

Anthony is charming and professional. I highly recommend his service.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in San Bruno, CA.
Anthony is a very talented professional who prides himself on client relations. He helped my wife and I find and purchase our condominium when we were 9 months pregnant and he helped us sell the same condo twelve months later for a profit, using his marketing skills to strategically position our asking price. Next, Anthony was our agent to find us a bigger space for our growing family. He worked his schedule around ours and he was wonderfully patient. When it came time to negotiate, he went to bat for us like a bulldog, having researched the property's history and having informed us of the work that would need to be done. As a San Francisco native, he has a keen knowledge of every neighborhood on the peninsula, which allows him to ask fitting questions early on in the decision making process. I highly recommend Anthony.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $625K in Berkeley, CA.
5 months ago my wife and I bought a house in North Berkeley. Anthony was our agent and we could not have been happier with the job the he did. He truly cared about finding the perfect house for us and went above and beyond to achieve this. Just a few examples of the many things he did include picking us up in San Francisco and driving us to open houses in Berkeley, meeting us whenever was convenient for us, including early mornings or after work, and hand delivering our offer letters directly to the selling agents to give us the best possible chance. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in the bay area, very professional, and always responsive. In the highly competitive market in San Francisco and Berkeley you really need an agent who can accurately predict the offer price needed to be the highest bidder, who can professionally prepare your paper work, and who can act in a timely manner to make sure your offer is in asap. Anthony Navarro was able to do all of this and more and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bought a home in 2012 for approximately $675K.
Two months ago I bought a condo in San Francisco. Anthony was my agent. He was extremely helpful, honest, pleasant to work with, and professional. He has deep knowledge of the SF Bay Area market. He is well-known and liked by all the agents in the area, which really helps when it comes to the relationship between the buying agent and listing agent. The buying process was made so much easier for me due to Anthony's knowledge of the processes the buyer has to go through (paperwork, loans, etc.). I remmend to anyone looking for a house/condo in the Bay Area.
