Bettina knows the home market from Greenwich to Fairfield, having covered the territory since 2003 after moving to Connecticut, where she has close family ties, to raise her young children.
Bettina has extensive knowledge of Fairfield county neighborhoods, school systems, both public and private, the sport programs and activities available and the wonderful resources Connecticut offers. She has children in the elementary and middle school system, and finds time to be actively involved in the community. With her first-hand knowledge, she is extremely supportive and helpful when assisting families in all aspects of their move.
A testimony to her commitment and her belief in Halstead, she recently returned to the firm, where she began her successful real estate career in the early 1990s working the Manhattan real estate market. During the period she worked for the firm in New York City, she was the recipient of several sales awards from Halstead. She was a member of Halstead''s distinguished Private Brokerage Council and was also named to the Producer''s Council for having ranked in the top percentage of her peers.
