I cannot begin to explain how blessed I was to have met Glant and have her become my realtor. Her amazing drive and determination was exactly what I needed. Glant cut to the chase and and didn't mince words. She new what I needed and made it happen. FYI - I bought this house in March of 2004 and thank the Lord for her nearly every day.

I was extremely apprehensive when it came to buying a home due to my experiences with my first two realtors. Aside from the $1200/month in rent for a town-home, I was paying $800/month in boarding fees for my horses. I basically choose to play ostrich but Glant wouldn't allow it. She knew she could save me nearly $1000 a month if I just bought a home. To this day - over 8 years later - I am still pleased to say that I owe having my own home to Glant. She even set me up with an amazing mortgage broker Charlie Workman's Peak View Mortgage. With their help, I was able to do an 20/80 loan with NO money down and NO PMI. They schooled me well to keep my credit clean so that I could get out of my 2 year ARM and refi. In 8 (seemingly short) years, I am happy to say I now have nearly $100,000 equity in my home and I owe it ALL to Glant!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $225K in Powers, Colorado Springs, CO.

Glant is deserving of the best endorsement that I could possibly articulate. She has gone above and beyond every professional expectation that I have of a first rate real estate professional. I recieved an unsolicited endorsement for Glant's services prior to my change of station, it became clear why she enjoys such a strong reputation amongst military personnel in the Colorado Springs area. She not only escorted me around town through dozens of local listings (to include some of her own), she offered critical insight into each listing, she introduced me to credible insurance and brokerage professionals, she found me temporary lodging with a personal friend of hers while my house closed, and generally was helpful and understanding given my ignorance as a first time home buyer. After closing, she and her husband continued to be more than responsive. During a year long deployment, she managed my property for free, even with a problematic renter that I had agreed to without her consultation. Since changing stations on short notice, she prepared my home, listed it, and had it rented within a week. She continues to be an amazing property manager. I have made every effort to endorse her to my peers, and from a personal standpoint, i will assure that she has my patronage for any further home purchases or sales. Truly, she treats her clients as friends ... I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure to work with her for the past four years, a relationship I know will endure long into the future. More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, CO.

Glant was amazing to work with! She knew I was a busy career woman so she went out and did a lot of the grunt work for me. Not only did she pull local listings for the neighborhoods I wanted to live in, but she drove past those houses to check out the streets and the local atmosphere, as well as checked out potential properties prior to bringing me around. She did an amazing job finding and identifying the types of homes I wanted to live in, and was able to speak to each home as we toured it. After finding my future home Glant was especially helpful with the paperwork aspect, which in all honestly confused me. But she was always there to answer my millions and millions of questions, and was very knowledgeable and I learned so much about the house buying process from her. Glant is the type of person that makes you feel as if you are the only home buyer she is dealing with. She thrives on making her clients happy and helping them find the home that is just right for them. Thanks Glant! More Less
