Sterling was well versed on the FHA requirements and did a lot of hand holding between us and the seller with the primary loan and supplemental loan for repairs. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Elk Grove, CA.
My pregnant wife and I were in a jam! We were living in a rotten apartment complex in North Highlands surrounded by some shady neighbors. Our baby girl was only a couple months away and our lease was about to end.
