2 1/2 years ago, my husband and I decided to sell our 1st home to buy a bigger home. We did not know how we were going to do this. We contacted MJ and she put us at ease. She advised us to clear out our home and stage it for selling. MJ had contacts that were able to paint our interior and fix up some parts of our home that was neglected. At the same time, MJ schedule for us to see some potential homes in our price range. When we found our new home, she helped us with the inspections, price negotiation and arranged a contingency that we sell our home. She made us feel like we were the only people that she was working with. We had 1 open house and 3 bids. Our 1st home closed 2 days before our new home closed. The experience was less stressful because MJ was there to guide us. We highly recommend MJ when purchasing and/or selling your home. She will take good care of you.
