Grace Carelli is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Agents I have worked with in the past 22 years across the Country. I have known Grace since I moved to CA in 2005.
She has helped me finding homes and selling them with the utmost professionalism and kindness. She has never put any pressure on me and took time to adjust her schedule to mine in order to show properties. She is very flexible and understanding.
Additionally she has always the client's best interest as her top priority ( either as a buyer or as a seller) and her advise has been proven extremely valuable on so many different aspects of the transactions.
In the current market is difficult to find an Agent with comparable honesty, experience, knowledge and dedication as Grace.
I highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying or selling a property to contact Grace in order to have the best possible help. She is a true gem.

I've known Grace for seven years. She has helped me find two rental properties, helped me buy a house in Beverly Hills, then managed to sell it at a time when the market was at an all-time low. I'm getting ready to engage her for my next house purchase. No one knows the West Side of LA, particularly Beverly Hills, the way Grace does. She has relationships with all the other brokers in the area and is universally respected. Her background as a lawyer in Europe is apparent when she reviews contracts. She understands the complex psychology of both the buyer and the seller. She is careful, discreet, sensitive, realistic. She will help you achieve your real-estate goals, no matter what they are. And if they don't make sense, she'll let you know that.

Grace is not only a first class real estate agent but also a wonderful person. I met Grace at an open house of hers while I was searching for a home in the Beverly Hills area. I knew after that open house that I wanted her as my real estate agent. When I found the house I wanted to buy I called her and she negotiated the deal in days. She was there for every step of the process: from offer to inspection to move in. Now she is one of my dear friends and my real estate agent for life. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a place to call home.

I highly recommend Grace's real estate services to anyone who's in the market for a house. She listens carefully to your needs, lets you down gently when you find out the housing market is very unforgiving, and finds a house that will make you happy -- and all with eventual resale in mind.

Bought a home in 2010.
We would not hesitate to use Grace Again. We had used 2 Realestate people and we were very very picky and on a specific budget. Grace was hardworking, creative, flexible, and really a wonderful person with good listening skills and a vision for us.
She was recommended to us by the chair of our department at Cedars Sinai I was just a junior faculty member at the time and she did not treat us any different, always responsive. She found a rare find in Beverlywood, something that fit our restricted budget, there were offers which were above ours but Grace was able to convince the sellers that we were the best choice. Grace moved escrow very quickly for both parties, and was able to negotiate for us further, and get us an even better price.
Not only did she not get frustrated as our house originally was listed as a conventional sale and then ended up being an estate sale, and this was a huge headache for everyone, but She was able to pull on her resources and get us through the legal mumbo jumbo and really watched out for us and protected our best interest.
Finally She also had amazing vision for transforming the place, which really helped us see the vision. We are so happy with our place now we could not be any happier. and we have ehr to thank. vince

Bought a Single Family home in 1996 in Beverly Glen, Beverly Hills, CA.
I have know Grace Carelli for over two decades. Right after I married my husband Grace found us a fabulous house off Mulholland Drive for us initially to rent. Within 7 months we wanted to buy the house. She was a masterful agent. She negotiated every little detail and took such good care of us. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and was incredible and she supported us in every way possible. Grace is a very special person, professional, first class, and warm and understanding. This is why we have remained friends all these years. I would never work with anyone else.
She was also exceptionally helpful in helping us find a new place to live!
