Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Ridgeview/Webster, San Diego, CA.
The home buying process is a very stressful one. Thanks to CHW Reality and Sean Cartilidge in particular, the process went smoothly. I do want to say that I was VERY involved in the home buying process. I would check the MLS daily and would make appointments with Sean to see a property as soon as possible. Once there, Sean was very knowledgeable and observant about each home's PROs and CONs and would make them aware to us. He really listened and cared about our family's specific wants and needs and he listened carefully to our responses.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Paradise Hills, San Diego, CA.
All I can say is thank you!! We worked hard to be ready to buy a house and finding a good agent was a priority. We contacted directly Manuel Mora who works for CHW Realty and we were very impressed with his attitude and knowledge of the area we where looking to buy a house. He was very patient with us specially with my wife.....we looked at so many houses....but there was Manuel always positive and helpful. When escrow opened he was there to help us to understand everything we need it in order to get things done properly.
