Although I still do not a have home yet, i feel very comfortable & confident that our realtor Sergio Ruiz is going to make it happen for us. i have no reason to doubt him nor his work ethic at all. He is very responsive to us in all ways, email, texts, phone calls and is always has our best interest at heart. As a first time home buyer, it is important to us that we are in the hands of a trustworthy & dedicated realtor. Sergio meets all our expectations & exceeds them as well.. By guiding us & communicating with us thoroughly so that we know & understand every aspect of our home buying process. We are having our ups & downs with the current housing market but i know Sergio is working hard & is determined to find us our home. I can't wait for the outcome!

The home buying process is a very stressful one. Thanks to CHW Reality and Sean Cartilidge in particular, the process went smoothly. I do want to say that I was VERY involved in the home buying process. I would check the MLS daily and would make appointments with Sean to see a property as soon as possible. Once there, Sean was very knowledgeable and observant about each home's PROs and CONs and would make them aware to us. He really listened and cared about our family's specific wants and needs and he listened carefully to our responses. If you are a "go-getter" house hunter, it's great to work with Sean. He'll listen to your needs and give good, professional, thoughtful, advice. Thank you for your patience Sean:-)

All I can say is thank you!! We worked hard to be ready to buy a house and finding a good agent was a priority. We contacted directly Manuel Mora who works for CHW Realty and we were very impressed with his attitude and knowledge of the area we where looking to buy a house. He was very patient with us specially with my wife.....we looked at so many houses....but there was Manuel always positive and helpful. When escrow opened he was there to help us to understand everything we need it in order to get things done properly. CHW is a great organization who really cares and wants to help their clients. This was our first home purchase and had no idea what to expect and how long it really takes to buy a home. I'm really thankful to our agent Sean Cartlidge, CHW Realty, was there to lead us through the whole escrow process. He answered all of our questions and explained everything we were signing. With this being our first home purchase, we always wanted to know what was going on and what is the next step; Sean was really helpful in this area. He would always return e-mails, texts or phone calls right away and stayed in constant contact with us. Sean also speaks Spanish which was really great when dealing with our parents questions. I have already recommended CHW Realty to several people and will continue to do so; they made it possible for my family and I to become home owners.
