Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $150K in Overland, MO.
Our family was totally satisfied with Lynne's expertise and knowledge of the real estate market. In fact, she brought two qualified buyers to the table and we were thrilled with the sale price. She worked very hard during the closing process to make sure things went smoothly. She has a bubbly personality and has realistic comments to help get the property ready for sale to look its best. I would definitely use her services again!

Bought a home in 2009.
When I first contacted Lynne I thought I wanted a lake house (even though I needed to stay in St. Louis) on a tight budget. The task was tough but she pursued it as if she was looking for her own home. As we looked I began to focus more on different areas within St. Louis. As it turns out, I didn't need a lake house. So after months of looking all over the map, she found me a perfect home in an ideal location. I could not be happier with my home that I still live in to this day. Go with Lynne, she will take great care of you!!

As our real estate agent Lynne Tomlinson went above and beyond to accomodate our specific goals and needs. Professional, knowledgeable, and above all listened and understood what the needs of our family were. The home locating process through Lynne was enjoyable due to the extra personal effort that was given. I would recommend Lynne's services to anyone in the market to purchase a home, large or small, the quality of the care will be there.

Bought a home in 2012.
We are first time home buyers who were extrodinarily new to every aspect of home buying. Lynne respected every question we had and provided us with accurate, relevant, extrodinarily-prompt responses. She helped us understand estimated costs and timelines upfront and connected us to a wealth of helpful individuals (financing, inspections, etc). She has also proven herself to be a firm and amazing negotiator. Lynne has made sure we have every "t" crossed and "i" dotted so we can enjoy every moment of this exciting time. We have everything in place to close in less than a week, and - thanks to all of Lynne's help - we are feeling nothing but complete excitement (in addition to a much better understanding of this process)! I cannot imagine tackling this process without Lynne's help and couldn't recommend her more.

Sold a home in 2009.
Lynne helped my husband and I find our first house. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. She gave us great advice on houses, but only when we asked which allowed us to first form our own opinion. She was upbeat and had the kind of optimism that made you feel like you were her only client. She gave us many choices in houses despite our rigid standards. Lynne is simply the best and is someone who quickly went from our real estate agent to our friend.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Saint Charles, MO.
Lynne's guidance before placing our home on the market was invaluable. Her knowledge of the market and what buyers look for is exceptional. We sold our home for $100 more than the asking price. Lynne got back to us very quickly when we had questions and completed her tasks immediately as they arose. We found her to be a great client advocate and she is not timid about guarding her client's interests during negotiations.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Saint Louis, MO.
I can't say enough about Lynne. I needed a place to live quick, and she had me moved in the perfect home within 2 months. Not only is she a great realtor, she also has wonderful contacts for mortgages, which makes the entire process of purchasing a home easy. I would recommend Lynne to anyone!!! She is THE BEST!
