Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Woodring, Baltimore, MD.
My husband and I have used Wes to sell two properties and buy one between 2012 and 2013. He was fantastic on each transaction. He sold one property in weeks at full price when another agent and firm had it listed for months with no offers. He is quick to respond to concerns, negotiate fair and lucrative deals, and problem solve so that each transaction was worry-free. Wes is a wonderful, attentive agent!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Ellicott City, MD.
We were making a local move to a downsized and older home. We looked over a long period of time and Wes was quite patient with us. He was also very helpful in understanding the scope of renovations that might be required in "fixer-uppers" and the quality of renovations in cases where significant upgrades had already been done.
When we finally found a home to buy, Wes was able to move quickly in getting our house on the market. He enlisted a consultant to review our existing home and tune it up for the photo session and showings. He also had contacts with some very good tradesmen needed for those final fixes resulting from the home inspection.

Wes was a great real estate agent...patient, knowledgeable and experienced. Very friendly; it was a pleasure working with him. Wes was responsive to phone calls, texts, etc. at varying times of the day. He helps you make the best offer, and made the buying process less stressful.

We are very happy that we went with Wes. Wes provided excellent guidance and advice throughout the entire home-buying process. He really took care of us by providing top notch connections from the mortgage lender to contractors to insurance companies. He won’t push these on you, but you will be hard pressed to find superior rates and service. He is very technology oriented, which results in fast replies to your inquiries, to pulling up nearby comparables and last minute scheduling updates while house hunting. Thanks Wes!
