Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $925K in Laguna Beach, CA.
My wife and I met Ken at an open house he was hosting in Laguna Beach this past spring. Meeting and speaking with many different agents in Laguna during that time we both felt most comfortable with Ken.
We asked Ken to help us find the perfect Laguna Beach house for us and assist in finding someone to lease our San Clemente home. With the inventory levels low in our price range it was anything but easy. Through the process we found Ken to be patient and resourceful.
