Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Sheridan Park, Chicago, IL.
We feel lucky to have found Charese when we moved to Chicago, and she helped us find a condo to rent. She took so much time with us, and really helped us make a good decision, not knowing the area very well since we were coming from Seattle. To Charese, her #1 goal is to help you make the best decision, and we greatly valued her expertise. She is also extremely generous with her time, and never is trying to rush to make a sale or close the deal. She was the FIRST and ONLY person we thought of when it was time to buy our first home in Chicago. Again, she helped us make the best decision, and we are extremely pleased now that we are in our new home. And, we are also pleased to stay in touch with Charese and call her our friend. I would definitely work with her again, and recommend her to others.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Sheridan Park, Chicago, IL.
Charese is hardworking, caring, ethical, helpful... I could go on and on. She listened to our desires and came up with properties matching our interest and budget. At the point of making an offer and buying, her recommendations for inspector, attorney and mortgage all worked well with one another, making the process smooth. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $775K in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL.
Charese was recommended by a friend and I was moving to Chicago from out of state so I didn't have any idea where to go for help. She was FANTASTIC! She took the time in advance to understand what I was looking for, showed me lots of great places and helped me find my dream home. She knows all the neighborhoods (and even where to eat and shop in them!) and was happy to tour me around. What I think I liked best about Charese was that she definitely listened to what I wanted but also expanded my thinking to incorporate things that she noticed that I liked. In the end, I have a fabulous place in a wonderful neighborhood with a view of the city (which I said that I didn't need but I LOVE) and she helped me to negotiate a good price. Very happy!

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Roscoe Village, Chicago, IL.
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Charese David to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Despite the many challenges posed to her, Charese sold our Roscoe Village condominium profitably in six weeks. She is the one of the most gifted sales professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I’ve worked in sales for twenty years. Her honesty, drive, and deep understanding of the market make her stand out above the others.
We hired Charese in April of 2011, on a strong referral and after interviewing multiple agents. The thing that I liked most about her was her flat out honesty about our situation, her deep knowledge of the market, and her confidence that she could sell our home. We presented her with many obstacles: we were moving out of state and had to time the sale with the school year, there was an identical unit in our building also for sale, a lawsuit against the homeowner’s association, a history of large special assessments, etc. From our first meeting she took ownership of all of these issues and set out mind at ease.
Our unit was for sale for six months in 2010 and with zero offers. After listing with Charese, we received our first offer in three weeks, and within $2,000 of her prediction. She is an expert in interior design and helped us stage with our existing furniture. We put her on a shoestring budget for minor improvements and she helped us hire contractors and pushed them to get the work done fast. She was our project manager to get our home “show ready”.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Edgewater, Chicago, IL.
I have known Charese for many years and when I decided to look to buy, she was my first choice as Realtor. She helped me negotiate buying my condo, a tricky and troublesome piece of forclosed property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. She has a knowledgeable base of the real estate market and will go out of her way to answer any and all questions. Most importantly, she understood what I was looking for and only showed me properties that fit those parameters. I would (and will) recommend her to anyone looking to venture into the buying or selling of properties.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.275M in Roscoe Village, Chicago, IL.
Charese represented us in the purchase of our new home in Roscoe Village. She worked with us for over one year to help identify the perfect home and location to fit our needs. She is extremely patient, honest, ethical, takes a no pressure approach, has a wealth of knowledge of Chicago real estate market and is a strong negotiator.
Charese goes above and beyond to provide a high level of service. Examples include: providing education on the neighborhoods, schools, pointing on details within each home that helped us better understand the quality or lack thereof of each home we looked at.
Post identifying our home and going into contract, Charese continued to work closely with the seller, our mortgage broker, our attorney and attending all critical meetings including the closing to ensure the success of our new home purchase.

I have used Charese as my agent to sell two houses. She has a great deal of expertise and is laser sharp focused on obtaining the best for her clients. Her attention to detail in the listing, the photography, the responsiveness to the buyer's agents are very impressive.
I have also used Charese as my agent to buy a house.
I have also recommended Charese to my friends and she has worked with them to sell their houses.
Charese took care of helping me stage my house for sale. We live in the Bell School district and due to Charese and her responsiveness, we received 3 offers within two days of listing the property and accepted an offer.
