thanks, neil.sure, remove it as $165K is too high for 2058 south colorado ave. 80537the low figure of $105K is too low though!two neighboring properties are listed at $135K and $123K that are the same size basically and have no renovations. the 2058 property (does not show in picture) has all new siding and trim, new windows and all new interior flooring, paint, bathroom, etc. completely remodeled! an unofficial appraisal through a realtor friend stated it would be $132Khttp://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2102-S-Colorado-Ave-Loveland-CO-80537/13891572_zpid/http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2046-S-Colorado-Ave-Loveland-CO-80537/13891575_zpid/
hi,one says $105,556 and the other says $165,550http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2058-South-Colorado-Avenue-Loveland-CO-80537/2117479728_zpid/http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2058-S-Colorado-Ave-Loveland-CO-80537/13891573_zpid/
I notice that the zestimate of my 927 square foot townhouse is $106K while the average price of 9 other similar size properties on the block is at $122K. My house is completely remodeled, inside and out with all new exterior siding, trim and paint. We have the nicest yard and grass as well. I'm guessing the zestimate is so low due to the fact that we paid $82K for the foreclosed house in 2011. I'd like to see it properly priced with other homes in the neighborhood.
