I first met Bill in 2007 when I was looking for a rental in Boston and the surrounding neighborhoods and he helped me out. He was very easy to work with, super friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. I then reconnected with him a few years later when I started looking for a home to buy and reached out to him for assistance.
Having now known Bill for years, since I haven't bought anything yet (due to my own personal reasons) Bill has never stopped trying to help me find the perfect home.
I consider Bill to be a friend more than my realtor. I can bounce ideas off him, share concerns and expect to receive honest and genuine feedback from him about the various properties I saw and also did make offers on. He is extremely patient and explains the pros and cons of everything to a newbie home purchaser like me. He has also made every effort to make sure that sometimes when either my family or friends come with me to see a home, he is just as responsive to their questions and concerns.
I have never once felt pressured by him to purchase something even though he has invested a significant amount of time and energy in me. He is a real pleasure to work with and I have recommended him to a whole bunch of my friends who have begun their search for a home. I can definitely say Bill is just amazing to work with and I truly trust him which is my key criteria when working with a realtor.
