Josh was my agent when purchasing my first home. I went through many agents before I found him and boy was he great! I couldn't have chosen a better agent! Most of the problems with the other agents is that I felt as if a) I was just a number b) they didn't get back to me in a timely manner c) they only worked certain hours d) not knowledgable of the house I was 'scheduled' to see e) didn't spend quality time with me f) etc, etc. I had no clue with the different steps/processes that takes place when purchasing a home (since it was my first home purchase), but Josh eased my mind and told me everything to expect. His doors were always open with questions, comments, or concerns. He looks young, but he's been doing this for a long time and knows what he's doing.
