Bought a Single Family home in 2004 in Chevy Chase, MD.
Theresa was very helpful without being pushy went we bought our home. She was very flexible and worked with our schedules. We visited properties and neighborhoods after-hours a lot, and she did not mind. When we submitted the contract to our house in the pre-housing-market-bubble-burst days, she worked with us until very late at night and delivered our contract before 8am. Needless to say, we got the house. For years afterwards, she dropped off champagne on New Year's Eve to celebrate our purchase. A very nice touch! Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Columbia Heights, Washington, DC.
I really enjoyed working with Theresa, she was not only knowledgeable about the DC area, but accommodating to my needs and schedule. After I closed on my condo, she actually threw me a house warming party. I would totally recommend her to anyone who is looking for an awesome realtor.
