Theresa was very helpful without being pushy went we bought our home. She was very flexible and worked with our schedules. We visited properties and neighborhoods after-hours a lot, and she did not mind. When we submitted the contract to our house in the pre-housing-market-bubble-burst days, she worked with us until very late at night and delivered our contract before 8am. Needless to say, we got the house. For years afterwards, she dropped off champagne on New Year's Eve to celebrate our purchase. A very nice touch! Theresa is very friendly and makes you feel that your business is the most important business for her.
