I would strongly recommend choosing Porter and Rob to help guide you through the process of buying a home. They helped us buy our very first home and we are so grateful that we had such professional guidance. By living in the area with their families for many years, they have in depth knowledge of the intricacies of Marin's various neighborhoods. They also had a lot of patience and devotion throughout the process, which was essential because buying a home can be a lengthy process with many aspects to the negotiation and strategy. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.2M in Mill Valley, CA.
Porter and the Paseo Properties team did an amazing job helping us with our home purchase. From start to finish, Porter showed keen insight into both the local market and each of the steps in the home purchase process. We were often eager to view homes as soon as they came on the market and Porter was always readily available to accommodate our requests, even at the drop of a hat. Once we found our home, he made the entire process from offer to closing seamless and stress-free. In fact, as there were a number of other offers on our home, Porter's assistance and personal touch were instrumental in our securing our home.

Property manage a Single Family home in Mill Valley, CA.
As property managers for our single family home, Porter and Rob at Paseo Properties continually exceed our expectations.
We were anxious about renting out our home while we were living abroad, but Paseo Properties has made the experience a positive one. From not just finding a tenant, but finding the right tenant, to the careful and meticulous way they have handled our property maintanence and rental issues, they have shown themselves to be extremely capable, professional, responsive and excellent at what they do.
When a complicated property matter arose, Porter was an invaluable advisor, going above and beyond what I expected from any property manager. His knowledge and good common sense helped us make sense of the issue; his personal relationships with area professionals moved resolution of the issue forward; and his initiative was just one example of his sincere commitment to helping us.
