Bought a home in 2011.
Patricia was a great agent to work with. When I was looking for a home my budget was tight and wanted a good location close to the city which it was nearly impossible, we look at several properties for several months and i never felt pressure from her to jump on a deal.

She was very helpful with the entire process and at the end of the day got a super deal in an excellent location.

I would recommend her on a heart beat.

She is the best.

Bought a Cooperative home in 2010 in Southwest Waterfront, Washington, DC.
Patricia Davis was a fantastic agent. She was most masterful at helping me buy my home using Washington, D.C.'s Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP). She knows the process inside and out, and also is connected with the appropriate players in the program. She stayed on top of all timelines and deadlines, making calls on my behalf whenever necessary. I had some major difficulty with my loan officer, and Patricia helped keep me calm through the process, doing whatever it took to finalize the mortgage in the end. Patricia is an organized and supportive agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2002 in Rockville, MD.
I have worked with Patricia when I did my refinance years ago. The refinance went through very smoothly. She is extremely qualified in the entire home-buying and financial process involved in the home buying and refinancing.

I have also personally witnessed how much time she puts in getting to know her clients, what is important to them, and what properties are available to them. She puts her clients needs first by often forgoing get-togethers with friends to either show a property or hand-deliver documents.

This kind of service and dedication ensure her clients receive the best professional services.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $25K in Winchester, VA.
I have known Patricia Davis for years now, and I have found that she is dedicated, trustworthy, loyal, hardworking and always seeking ways to improve herself, here is an extract that I wrote on her in 2009. "Well, I don’t want to close without a special Note of Worthiness about our Patricia L. Davis, who recently took it upon herself to bring her skill level to even more sharper, she attended a class with the Virginia Housing Development Agency, at her own expense, and was rewarded with being able to have the rights for DVCH to be eligible for NOFA Funds which will assist our veterans with necessary funding in the home financial process. Patricia, we at Disabled Veterans Committee on Housing express our appreciation for your continuous stride to be updated on all aspects of the Real Estate needs for veterans. I can write much about what Patricia has been in helping veterans in teh Mid-Atlantic area, and I want to close with this particular comment that I feel is so worthy for you to kniow "The DVCH Committee of John S. Lewandowski, Patricia L. Davis, and Dr Richard (Dick) L. Seely Sr., was honored to make a presentation at the August 12th meeting of the Governor’s Joint Leadership Council, Veterans Service Organization, State of Virginia. We had asked the Commissioner of Veterans Services, Vincent Burgess, to invite the DVCH to this meeting so we could brief different veteran service organizations on our program and how it can benefit those that these organizations represent. We received a very positive reception and many council members spoke to us after my presentation to give us their ideas on how they could help and work with the DVCH in the future. Issues such as those dealing with homelessness are brought to the Joint Leadership Council so members can bring these up to elected officials serving in the Virginia General Assembly. The meeting we took part in on August 12 was part of our attempt to get a voice in the House Delegates so we can help spur changes to laws and policies that are stopping our disabled veterans from obtaining assistance under many programs, that tax them unfairly, etc. While I was in Richmond, I have always tried to visit the veterans that our Committee was helping in whatever matter that they have brought to our attention, well I have had the honor of visiting a distinguished veteran in Chesterfield, Virginia, whom we are about to start building a Specially Adapted Home to meet his medical needs. He was hurt in an Automobile accident while on Active duty where most of his time was spent in Iraqi in the Gulf War in 1992. UI feel that she will continue to progress in her work and she should move upward throughout her progress in teh Real Estate field
