Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $800K in Lombard, IL.
I bought the listed house from Peter - I beleive he is most honest. I am living in this house for the last 3 years and find it really amazing. He used the best material and most import design the way hose is build. I am enjoying every day. No expence since I bought.

While our transaction in working with Peter Gerardi on the home at 202 Norris, West Chicago, did not consummate in the purchase of the property, he put forth much time and effort on our behalf.
His response time was excellent, as was his initiative to keep us informed.

Bought a home in 2010.
Given his engineering background, Mr. Gerardi is a very fact driven person. That combined with his analytical skills means that he will become very knowledgeable about the landscape of any project he undertakes. His engineering background combined with his experience in the real estate area gives him great insight into the real estate process.
I have been favorably impressed with Mr. Gerardi’s negotiating ability. His manner encourages cooperation and facilitates communication. He is truthful and it shows.
First, Mr. Gerardi has been my son-in-law since 1998. Second, as a lawyer, I have represented him in connection with several real estate matters, including the sale of a 40,000 square foot industrial building in Lombard, during which I saw him operate from the letter of intent through a successful closing.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have worked with Peter on a number of commercial and residential transactions and have been impressed each time. We worked together to put a commercial lease with an option to buy on a 20,000 sq/ft building. We also worked on the sale of over 40 residential lots in 3 subdivisions and a number of model homes.
