Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Ashland, MA.
I bought and sold a property with Bill. Both experiences were fantastic. Bill originally found me the perfect place. When I relocated 12 years later I went back to Bill to assist me in selling since I had such a great experience earlier. My wife and I followed his advice in preparing and we accepted an offer 3 days after listing. He even found me another top notch agent out of state where I relocated. Bill helped us immensely. Very responsive. It was a great experience having Bill on our side, since we were new to the area. He found us exactly what we were looking for and his experience and advice was invaluable.

Bill is very quick in returning your phone calls and following up on things. He will do anything in his capabilities to get you answers to any of your questions. He will not send you running around at the last minute. He is very knowledgeable about the realestate transaction. He know when and how things need to be done and help you get them done.
