Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Kalispell, MT.
A person cannot get any better representation than Jennifer Shelley. She went well above what my expectations were in service. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and was able to accomplish what my needs were in purchasing my new home. If it were not for Jennifer, I don't think I would be in my new home at this time. She was able to get the closing done in a very short amount of time, unbelievable. I appreciate how she walked me through the steps and was there for any questions.
Jennifer made it a pleasant experience for purchasing my first home. She stands behind her word and she is a very very honest person. Jennfier definitely ranks at the highest level in my book. Jennifer was very diligent throughout the entire process. My search criteria was very specialized. When a property materialized, Jennifer moved quickly to get my offer together and presented. The property was a short sale and took an inordinate amount of time and paperwork. She stayed calm with the never ending delays and kept both me, the mortgage lender and listing agent positive until the end.
Jennifer brings tremendous savvy to the table and a great knowledge of the area. Both important qualities.

Bought a home in 2013.
Jennifer Shelley! She is AWESOME at what she dose! She is fun, friendly and efficient. Jennifer helped us purchase our first home. It was bank owned and came with lots of hoops. Jennifer communicated clearly to all parties involved to make the process very smooth. She goes above and beyond! One night I had overlooked a deadline on a document and she helped me until 10pm walking me though the paperwork process. Even after closing on the property she has been so helpful and checks in on us. She goes above and beyond, she is not just buying and selling she is building relationships whit her clients.
