Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Pine Hills, Atlanta, GA.
Walt is great! I was buying a home for the first time and was very nervous about the whole process. Walt patiently answered all of my questions, and I did not feel pressured at all. He showed me a bunch of places that were within my price range and helped me find a great place that I had not seen online when searching on my own. From bidding to closing everything went very smoothly thanks to Walt always being available and keeping me updated every step of the way. I am so glad I found Walt and would definitely recommend him!

Walt was incredible. We were moving to Atlanta from New York and had to navigate much of this process remotely. Walt made this incredibly easy and went above-and-beyond for us, including finding us the perfect house that met every one of our criteria. We could not recommend Walt highly enough.

I contacted Walt several months prior to my purchase. I was relocating and timing was dependent on the sale of my then current home. It took much longer than expected, through the whole process Walt was very helpful and patient. I always had great options available as soon as I was ready. When I finally got an offer on my house I was under a tight timeline to find a new place. Walt helped me find the perfect house and we got an outstanding deal. I couldn't be happier!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Downtown, Atlanta, GA.
We are so happy with Walt's expertise regarding condo sales in Atlanta. He was able to find us a brand new beautiful condo in our price range conveniently located in the downtown area. We ended up going through four mortgage brokers; needless to say, it was a difficult process. But Walt helped to make it less painful. He was always on top of deadlines and had our best interest at heart. He made sure that we are protected.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Walt Welch! He spent hours helping my husband and myself look at a particular home. I was most impressed with his character. He was kind, pleasant, easy to speak to, a good listener, and best of all-he was not pushy at all! He did not put any pressure at all which I really appreciated. He was also very patient to my numerous questions and took his time speaking to me about any concerns I had-I never felt rushed at all. I felt he really had our best interests at heart. Although we decided not to buy at this time, I will remember how kind he had been to us!

Walt is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. As a new resident of Atlanta, I had little knowledge of neighborhoods. Walt helped me narrow my search for a home and kept a watch out for listings that fit my criteria. Walt found the home I bought the first day it went on the market. The house is a real gem. If it weren’t for Walt, I would not have seen it first and it would have been bought by someone else. Thanks Walt!

Bought a home in 2012.
I was relocating to the area and had no idea what type home I wanted. I made multiple last minute trips to the Atlanta area. Walt made himself available every time. Thanks to Walts expertise, patience extensive knowledge and impressive negotiating skills, I was able to find the perfect home. Bought a home in 2011.
Walt was one of the most friendly yet professional people I have ever dealt with. He handled all the negotiations on the purchase of a Condo in Atlanta for me. After I moved in the Realtor for the seller/developer even commented on how attentive Walt was and how he was obviously looking out for my best interest. I have no reservations in recommending Walt and would use him again.

Walt helped me both as a buyer's agent and as a seller's agent. When I was selling the house, it was the height on the downturn in real estate. Still, we were able to sell the house in 5 days due to his accurate representation of what the house could command.
