Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Andover, MA.
Heather was incredible. She had our house ready and on the market within a week. She handled contractors, home inspection, open house(s), movers (extra furniture left in house) etc.. as we live out of state. She updated me on a daily basis. The house was under contract within a couple of weeks. She was incredibly organized with great ideas to help show the house.
