I have never written a review before but I think I should when it comes to something this important.
We recently put an offer on a shortsale while trying to put our home up for sale at the same time. Lets talk about stress bay-bee!! I knew my husband and I were taking a big chance on all of this.
We were lucky because we didn't need to sell our home immediatly, we could ride it out for a few months and await the banks response to our offer on the shortsale.
During this time, I was a COMPLETE basket case. I was not only working full time, but I have 2 kids, a dog, a cat, 2 hermit crabs and I was trying to show a home on top of all that!!!
Paul was my savior in all of this. I would text him non stop, send him emails all day long, and basically just tell him how stressed I was. He would calm my nerves and let me know that things were going to be ok...and if they didnt work out how I wanted them to, then he would help us make things ok by taking us a step beyond this shortsale house we so wanted.
It was a long, drawn out process. I felt down and out hearing the feedback from potential buyers on our house that we wanted to sell ("kitchen too old, bathrooms need to be updated") etc.....During all of this, I was constantly reassured by Paul that he had seen this and he knows what the selling point of our house was...the neighborhood! And believe me, he was right.
He not only sold our house, but things went through with the short sale, and he got us into our new house! I think I must have contacted him about 10 times a day with one worry or another...he always returned my email, call, text or whatever and had the next step in his mind, if things didn't work out how I wanted them to.
I would, without a doubt, recommend Paul for anyone who is looking to buy/sell. He knows the area, the people, the prices and everything in between.
Thanks Paul! We love our new house!
Barbara you were a lot of fun to work with.... We got you your new home
