I have resided on the Outer Banks for 24 years and have been in the Real Estate business for 16 years. I feel there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of each of my clients. This ability can only come through really caring about people, together with a whole lot of practical experience and education. I've found the ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another.
