Contacted Cimi via link on property listed on Zillow. That property didn't work out but after telling Cimi what we were looking for she found a number of properties to look at and she found us a property that was a great fit.

She wouldn't lift a finger until she seen a pre approved letter from the bank. She was very short with me and rude. She could tell that I was a first time home buyer and I think she would have taken a advantage of me if given the chance.

I have a fiduciary responsibility to represent my clients in the most professional and ethical manner, as well as respectfully conducting business with my fellow realtors. Understanding my client's budget is an essential component for every successful transaction. Verification of cash funds is a legal contingency on the Purchase Contract. Without this knowledge I simply don't have the information necessary to form a proper client/principal relationship.
We used Cimi Morgan to buy three properties and to sell two on the island of Maui. She made the whole process painless, fast, and fun. We also recommended her to two other people who were also looking for condos on Maui, and both were extremely happy with the whole process.
