Bought a home in 2010.
Jim was incredibly helpful and patient throughout our entire home buying experience. He wants to suit your needs and put you in a home that you will be happy in, for years to come. He was "always" available to take our calls and answer any questions we had about the homes we were looking at. If he didn't have the answer to a specific question, he would make it his business to find it out! He also helps us manage a rental property. He continues to be tremendous help and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home.
Jim also came very prepared to each of the showings. If we requested details on adding an extension - Jim would arrive with a detailed map describing easements and septic.
We temporarily suspended our home search, so I can not speak to Jim's negotiation skills, but I can say that the trust he built over the course of this process provided us with confidence that he would be the right person to see us through close.
