Bought a home in 2011.
We contacted Deborah when we began our search for our dream house in Julian. Deborah was super responsive, and in addition to showing us the house we asked about, had a keen sense about what other properties we might be interested in, and suggested seeing them as well. She did not waste our time, the other homes were all possible considerations. We ended up buying the house we originally were interested in, and the negotiating/buying process couldn't have been easier. Deborah answered all our questions in a timely manner, and seemed to almost work all hours of the night to be available to respond to us whenever we had questions or concerns. We cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Deborah. I recommended Deborah to a good friend of mine, who just closed on a house in Julian, and she was very please and satisfied working with Deborah.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $575K in Julian, CA.
When my husband and I decided to purchase a home in Julian, we contacted Julian Realty and we were paired with Deborah Kerch. When we arrived she greeted us warmly and presented us with a bound portfolio full of houses that met our criteria, a map of the area, things to do locally , a history of how she came to live in Julian and a description of the wonderful life that she was building. Deborah took the time to get to know us personally and determine what we both were looking for. With each house showing, Deborah gathered more and more information about us and refined our search to houses that met both of our criterias. She guided us through the processes that are unique to buying a house in the mountains. She introduced us to the local people and made us feel connected to the community immediately.
Deborah was professional, informative and patient in letting us take our time to decide which property was right for us. She provided us with resources for every step of the process.
I have in the past, and I will in the future recommend Deborah as a realtor for any of my friends or family who may be interested in purchasing a home in Julian.

Deborah Kerch is the most outstanding and professional person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She found me and my family our dream house. She did this by truly listening to our ideas, caring about what we were saying, and searching diligently until she found just the right property. Then, she expertly maneuvered through the offers and counter-offers, securing us our dream home at the best price possible. I recommend her to everyone I meet - whether they are in need of a Realtor or not. Deborah knows how to get the job done, she is incredibly knowledgeable of the area, the market and each property she lists or shows. What she doesn't know, she immediately researches until she has an answer. She is responsive, timely, honest, dedicated, and has impeccable integrity. It is an honor to have worked with her and to have grown that relationship into a friendship I treasure today.
