My wife and I have been settled in our new home for just over a month and give much thanks to John. We have lived in the West Chester area for years renting apartments, and were referred to John by a realtor from out of the area. We explained to John we were first time homebuyers and had very little knowledge of the process. Before ever looking at homes to purchase, John did and excellent job outlining and explaining all the steps of the home buying process. As we began looking at homes, John did an excellent job keeping our wants and needs list in mind when showing us properties. John never refused to look at a property if we requested a showing from our own research. His thoughts and opinions were expressed honestly and in a manner that made us feel as if we were homebuying with a friend, an individual that put our needs before his. John's expertise saved us several times from purchasing homes over priced or not exactly meeting our needs. When we did finally purchase our home, John walked us through each part of the process, from negotiating, to inspections, to appraisals, to ultimately the closing process. It was a foreclosure home and to say there were hiccups along the way would be an understatement. Having said this, John was not the cause of a single hiccup and worked extremely hard and diligently to help us overcome all of the obstacles. His knowledge of the area and process is first class. He is able to explain information in a manner non-real estate professionals will understand. His work ethic is oustanding, never taking more than 24 hours to respond to texts, voicemails, or emails, usually handled within minutes or hours. He is honest and looks to ensure his buyers get exactly what they want/need in a home. I look forward to recommending John to friends in the area in search of homes and hope he is still in the business should the time come when we need to enter the selling process of the home-buying.…More Less
