My wife and I jokingly referred to Lora as “The Machine”; this started when I submitted interest on a property and received a call from Lora fifteen seconds later. Lora would also respond to texts and email information on a moment’s notice.
At the beginning of summer most of the foreclosures that were priced low had been picked through and what was left was selling quickly, so needless to say we had to make fast decisions. During the decision process Lora was very honest and upfront; she would even make suggestions on properties that were very nice but because of their location or other attributes could make the home difficult to sell in the future.
One of Lora’s qualities that I appreciated the most was her ability to juggle information about properties during the decision making time, keeping our most valued wants in mind and being able to sort out the pros and cons in order to help us make clear decisions. When working with Lora I learned to listen to her opinions. She would, of course, never interfere with the decision I made and I would find myself coming back thinking, “She’s absolutely right”.
It was such a pleasure working with Lora during our home purchasing process that we requested her to sell our previous home. My wife and I look forward to working with Lora yet again.
