Bought a home in 2013.
My husband was transferred to Lafayette while I continued to live with 2 small children 2.5 hours away. We found Lora and she worked tirelessly to help find our perfect home. She showed my husband many houses, communicated with me via email answering every question I had, found us amazing people to work with through the closing of our house, and even went above and beyond to offer advice when the sale of home went awry. I would definately recommend Lora. She is very knowledgeable and will work very hard for you!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Lafayette, IN.
Lora was absolutely everything we needed in an agent. She was tireless in finding and showing us properties. She found the kind of properties WE wanted and spent several weekends helping us find a house in a nice safe neighborhood for my daughter. I would recommend her highly and with not a a single reservation.

Lora took us to multiple houses for 4 weekends in a row and spent many hours helping us find our perfect house. She found many houses every weekend and was more than helpful in every aspect of home buying. I would recomind her to any of my friends or family.

Showed home in 2012 in Pettit, IN 47905.
My son recently accepted a job in Dallas TX. He is anxious to purchase his first home. I suggested he contact a real estate office in Lafayette to refer him. He contacted Keller Williams, spoke with Lora Guess. She was very informative about the process of purchasing a home. She took down my son's information and said she would have a realtor from Texas call him back. He received a call from Texas that same day.
Lora didn't stop there. She made follow up calls to make sure my son was satified with the referral and wanted to know if the house search was going well.
I will recommend Lora to all my family and friends that need a realtor.

Showed home in 2012 in Concord, IN 47909.
Very friendly, responds quickly. But needs more knowledge of the industry to really meet the demands of her job. With more due dilligence on her behalf, she could rock lafayette real estate.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I have checked my records and I have not shown any homes in the Elston area. I pride myself on not only responding quickly, but providing expertise and negotiable skills. I have lived in the Lafayette community my whole life, and watch the communtiy grown into a great place to live. But again, I have not shown any houses in the Elston area.
