Closed refinance loan. Peabody, MA
Flawless. From my first contact with Mike to the closing of the refinance loan, Mike continuously provided the best service imaginable. Always available, jovial and very knowledgeable, he would answer questions, offer advises using very clear and understandable statements. As a result the process was quick and without any hiccup.
I would highly recommend Mike and will certainly ask for his services again. Thank you Mike!
Bought a home in 2011.
Straight talking, no non-sense, Debbie made a very good impression the first time we meet her. From there, our journey with Debbie got even better: From the beginning to the end of the process she has always been resourceful, quick to answer our questions, address our doubts or give us the tools to make the right decision.
As a first time buyer (and foreigner, and hard to satisfy...) I wanted to learn and was questioning every step of the process. We also had a time constraint and I was sometime traveling in different time zones. Beside all these constraints Debbie has always been available, always got the right answer, and always with a big, warm, smile!
Another important thing about Debbie is her ability to immediately perceive what you want and don't want when looking for a house and what are your tastes and priorities. As such we didn't have to visit a lot of houses before finding the One. Even though that house had something we said we didn't like (spiral staircase), Debbie already had a great sense of our feelings and she knew that the other great amenities of the house would win our heart. She was right!
In short, Debbie has a great knowledge of the real-state market, the ability to very well understand her customer mindset and a great personality. We were so happy of our experience with her that we invited her for our house warming and are still in touch.
