Bought a home in 2013.
Ty did a great job at finding the perfect home for my family an I. He listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect home. He was very flexible and was able to be there for us anytime. His expertise and negotiating skills were great. He was able to get us the best price he could for our home!!! I'm so thankful and pleased I had Ty as our realtor!! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again in the future!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Greenville, SC.
Ty was extremely helpful with our first time home buying experience! He was very helpful and found us tons of great houses in the area that we wanted. He always returned my calls right away and would meet us to show a house right away. I figured after the first handful of houses he would get pushy but he was great!

Ty Savage did an excellent job helping my family find the perfect starter home. He went above and beyond finding us everything we wanted in our desired location. Even after closing, he still checks in to see how everything is coming along and if there is anything he can assist with. He was very prompt answering any questions we had and working around our busy schedules to show us homes. I would highly recommend Ty to any one. Ty Savage helped me find a property meeting my specifications in a matter of days and was extremely effective in helping negotiate the price below my stated target price! Ty responded immediately to any question via phone or email and even ordered my termite inspection for me when I forgot to do it and was out of town. Furthermore, Ty assisted me by finding me a mortgage broker and home inspector, all who were extremely professional and responded quickly to my tight time frame. I can be a very demanding customer due to my time constraints and Ty stepped up in every way. Way to exceed my expectations Ty!

Once it was determined what needed to be done to get make my home as attractive as possible, I hired a contractor to do the work. Because of my work schedule, I was unable to be there a lot of the time - no problem, Ty met with the contractor and helped me with that process. Because of his accurate pricing and the reach of the listing, 9-10 viewings were conducted in less than 2 weeks. And ultimately, my home was sold in an unbelievable 22 days!

After having a condo listed with another realtor for over 2 years, Ty was able to finally get it sold! Ty and Christa are the best realators i have ever worked with - The thing i like about working with them is that they were ther whenever i needed them.
