Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Norman, OK.
I purchased a home from Jill in June of 2012 and from assisting me with negotiations to answering late night text questions - she was always extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help with any situation!
The sale was a little tricky due to my being self-employed, but Jill stuck with me through it all and did everything within her power to assist in whatever way she could. I think I was most impressed with the way she helped smooth things over when time frames were not 100% met due to delays from 3rd party agencies while maintaining peace with all members of the buying/selling process.
