Bought a home in 2012.
Throughout the process of purchasing a house, Alex was extremely responsive and involved in every step of the way. His dedication and strategic insight go unmatched. As we settle into our new home, we realize how fortunate we are to have a house as we see the housing market become even more competitive. Alex is a pro. He is patient, attentive and a very good resource for any issues that may come up during the purchase. Perhaps the most important aspect of his skill is the fact that he realized what exactly I was looking for and took me there.

Bought a home in 2013.
We were looking for the house in San Rafael. We were not familiar with the area and I've found Alex when I was looking at the house I was interested it. Since then we communicated on regular basis. Alex was picking up our requirements quickly and narrowed down the pool of houses we were looking at, making sure the house meets our criteria before even showing it to us. Since we are all busy people it is very important for us to have agent who exactly knows what we needed and was capable not only to find the property, but also make all the necessary arrangement at the time which was convenient to us. Highly recommended great, great agent.

He is not pushy or trying to sell us anything we don't really want, and he has been very patient in explaining the market and the competitive nature of making offers. Bought a home in 2007.
I was referred to Alex by one of my coworkers. The first day that I met Alex he was on time at the property that we agreed to meet at. He introduced himself and he appeared to very knowledgeable in his profession. While working with him he stayed professional and calm at all times. I never felt pressured to bid on a home that I really didn't want, but cause it was a good deal just go for it. I feel like Alex really took his time with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get the square footage and floor plan that I wanted from the start. I feel like Alex is a great asset to The Real Estate profession and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that I know.

I live in San diego and had a trip planned to visit some friends in Marin county. Started searching online and that is when I found Alex. He did a great job at answering any questions I had and was very knowledgable about the area When I arived in Marin county I had a few properties that I wanted to look at and Alex was a great help at setting up the showings and having no complications. I did not purchase yet but I am planning another trip up to look at homes this spring. If you are looking for a home in Marin County I would recommend Alex he is a pleasure working with.
