She is in Canada. The buyer is also in Canada. They only have a handwritten agreement. I am concerned for her because she thinks this lot is worth $36,000 and from my research it is like $3,600! I saw that the woman paid over 17,000 for the lot in 1992. I am afraid my friend is getting ripped off. She needs a lawyer who could be closing attorney to give her good advice.I noticed there are many lots for sale in that subdivision. Do you have any information on these properties. I would be interested in knowing if there is a community fee involved in that develpment as well. I think this woman is trying to unload something on my friend, who has never bought any property before. My friend, the buyer, is also a minister with a soft heart. What can you advise me in this issue?
This woman has given the seller $1,000 for a lot on Guiana Ave. and the lady is selling it to her, she says, out of the kindness of her heart. If you have any info on this property, I would appreciate it. My friend is from Zimbabwe originally and I don't want her to be taken.Subdivision 1779 land area 12,383. If she gets this she needs a good real estate attorney there to deal with. Any suggestions???
