Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Zebulon, NC.
Robert has been our agent for several years as we have bought, sold and made plans to build on different properties... He's always been knowledgable with regards to the changing market and has given us timely advice as we adjusted to this market. He has been readily available and easily accessible through all forms of communication (email, text, phone). We were extremely happy with the photos he produced of our property for advertisement purposes and felt our house stood out when compared to other houses on the websites. He was well versed on the comparables and negotiated a very good deals for us when it came to buying properties. We would highly recommend Robert as a realtor whether buying or selling.

Robert Terry has been a great help and support when we were trying to buy a home in Zebulon, NC area. Robert is prompt and very professional, we were blessed to have found him on the internet among a lot of other real estate agents. Robert not only offers excellent services, but he delivers. When we came to meet him with a huge list of places to look at, he spent time talking to us to understand fully what we were looking for. With his knowledge of the local market he helped us to eliminate some of the houses we did not need to see, and then he took all of the time necessary to show us the places we selected. He was knowledgeable about each home, and when there was some question we had that he could not answer, he went to work and found the information for us.
Robert did a fantastic job for us, he did actually listen to us and the things we wanted needed and desired. The attention to detail and to client needs, and a friendly personality, is what make Robert such a great real estate agent. He investigated every detail of our real estate transaction to make sure that all was in order well before closing. He always made me feel as if my purchase were his only transaction.
We recommend him highly to anyone looking for property in the Wake County, Zebulon, NC area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Wendell, NC.
I was in need of a new home rather quickly and contacted Robert Terry regarding rental property. Robert returned my phone call within an hour of leaving a message and obtained my housing needs in a quick conversation.
I found my dream home and was under contract the same day. Robert negotiated a great deal and even helped me fix my kitchen sink when I moved in. He went ABOVE and BEYOND his duties as a realtor. My company has worked with Robert for a couple years now and he has done a great job. I had two homes in the Wake County area I was having a very hard time selling. I was able to get in touch with Robert and they sold soon after. I would highly recommend Robert for your real estate needs

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Knightdale, NC.
I had the pleasure of having Robert as a buyers agent and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and was always there,on top of things, and ready to meet almost the moment I found a prospect (and I found a lot of them). The real magic happened after I found a house. I almost didn't believe how good the news was after he spoke with the sellers and came to a deal. Closing was no different. On it and in touch with me every step of the way. I would honestly recommend him to even my closest family.
